Heidi Durrow and "The Girl Who Fell From the Sky"

I recently passed the book the Girl Who Fell From the Sky onto Gabrielle. In it, Heidi Durrow weaves a raw tale of human tragedy and eventual triumph. I had to know more about the author after reading this.  Other than writing, Ms. Durrow cohosts Mixed Chicks Chat.  Check it out.  :)
